All staff are dedicated and passionate about each child\u2019s program and needs. At CTD we provide a creative and fun atmosphere for learning.<\/p>\n<p>We believe that every child needs a well balanced program that involves social skills, life skills, academic skills, language skills and play. The Instructor therapists have a wealth of experience and training to be able to provide each child with an individual program that incorporates these areas. All staff are involved in monthly training sessions as well as continuing educational workshops. CTD works as a multi disciplinary team with several outside agencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stacy Sugar B.Sc., R.B.A. (ONT) \u2013 Executive <\/strong><strong>Director &amp; Clinical Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stacy founded CTD in 2008. Stacy has been in the field of ABA for over 20 years and has extensive experience working with children with various special needs and behavioural challenges. Stacy provides ABA programming, staff and school training, behaviour management, parenting workshops and consultation. Stacy is also a professor and the Field Placement Coordinator at Seneca Polytechnic in the Behavioural Science program.\u00a0 Stacy has a passion for working with children. Stacy has a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University and completed her ABA training and education at the New England Centre for Children in Massachusetts in 2001.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kathy Baird \u2013 Supervisor\/Sr. Therapist, BA (Bachelor), RECE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kathy Baird is the Supervisor of Connect the Dots Child Development Services Ltd.\u00a0 She has been a part of the team since 2009.\u00a0 Kathy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Trent University.\u00a0 She has also earned a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Durham College and a diploma in Inclusion Practices from Seneca College.\u00a0 Kathy has over 25 years of experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education and working with children with special needs here in Ontario, along with teaching in variety of other countries.\u00a0 Throughout Kathy\u2019s work experience, she has always taken on a leadership role.\u00a0 Kathy continues to be passionate about working with children, their family and the community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Willy Yamat- Sr. Therapist B.Ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span class=\"il\">Willy<\/span> has been in the field for over 10 years and has been with CTD since it was founded in 2008.\u00a0 <span class=\"il\">Willy<\/span> received her degree in Business Education at Polytechnic University of the Philippines and received a post-graduate diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science from Seneca College. Willy is an extremely strong ABA therapist with specialties in play skills and challenging behaviours.<br>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Kelly Alves <span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0EDd., R.B.A, (Ont.,), BCBA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kelly Alves, CTD\u2019s Consulting Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA), has over 20 years of experience in community-based programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She holds a doctorate in Education, is in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, and teaches in Seneca Polytechnic\u2019s Behavioural Science Diploma Program.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CTD works as one big family.
